If you would like to return or exchange your item for any reason, you can do so within 30 days of purchase provided they are clean, in their original package and in resalable condition.
We will cover the cost of return shipping no questions asked. No restocking fees.
For hygiene reasons, some personal care items such as soaps and deodorants cannot be returned.
Sale items can only be returned if they are defective or damaged in shipping.
How to Return Your Item
If you used ParcelPoint to receive your item, you can return it to any eligible Return ParcelPoints and they will ship it back to us for you. Click here and select the ‘Drop Off Locations’ button to find an eligible return ParcelPoint.

Contact us at email@example.com with your order number, personal details, reason for return, and if you wish a refund or exchange. Please also attach the carrier receipt of return shipping if applicable.
Refunds & Exchanges
We will notify you when we have received your item and will proceed with the exchange or refund that you requested.
If you requested an exchange, you can choose an item of same value or if there is a price difference, you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund.
Please note refunds may take up to 2 weeks to arrive on your bank account once we have received the package, depending on your bank and the time it takes to process our refund request.
If you paid via PayPal, it may take up to 4 weeks.
